Management Consultants for Affiliated Physicians, Inc., called “MCAP”, is a business subsidiary of Fairfax Neonatal Associates, P.C. (FNAPC). MCAP is the exclusive provider of practice management services for Fairfax Neonatal Associates, P.C., and manages its billing office.
