About Us

The Pediatric Lung Center (The PLC) joined FNA, P.C. in 1999 as a small practice of two pediatric pulmonologists. Today, the division of Pediatric Pulmonology has grown to include six pediatric pulmonologists, a pediatric nurse practitioner, respiratory therapist, nutritionist, social worker and several registered nurses and medical assistants.

The PLC added the division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology in 2008 and the division of Pediatric Sleep Medicine in 2009 to expand the scope of care of infants, children and adolescents with respiratory problems.

The division of Pediatric Pulmonology and the division of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology provide services at The PLC's Fairfax and Leesburg locations while the division of Pediatric Sleep Medicine provides services at The Pediatric Sleep Center—our state-of-the-art sleep lab in Purcellville, Virginia.

Our physicians and staff at The PLC are committed to providing superlative subspecialty care for children with all respiratory conditions in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Our practice uses a team approach to partner with families, community pediatricians and other pediatric subspecialists to accurately diagnose and provide appropriate medical management and education for the patient and family with each respiratory diagnosis.

We endeavor to make our practice a model for pediatric pulmonary care in the community through a medical home concept with state-of-the-art services available in a compassionate and nurturing environment.
