- Pediatric Sleep Technician
The Pediatric Sleep or Polysomnographic (PSG) Technician works under the general supervision of the Sleep Lab Supervisor and clinical director to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may involve polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education. The PSG Tech requires all skills and knowledge sufficient to provide safe, effective and appropriate care to patients of all ages, including neonates, infants, toddlers, children, adolescents and adults. Requires a high school education or equivalent and a BLS certification and 1-2 years in a similar position.

The Pediatric Lung Center is looking for a RN to assess, evaluate and document nursing care for patients in the clinic (main or satellite offices); assist physicians during examinations and assist with procedures; perform patient tests and administer medications; coordinate and distribute educational materials; triage patients; make new patient appointments, call in prescriptions, coordinate messages between patient and physicians; maintain clinic supplies; ensure cleanliness of patient rooms; maintain equipment such as Spirometry machine and keep stock medications up to date.
- Pediatric Surgeons
The Pediatric Surgical Group is seeking additional BC/BE pediatric general surgeons to join an established practice desiring to keep up with an overwhelming demand for services. This practice is the only private pediatric general surgery group in the region serving all local hospitals. There is cross specialty collaboration and a comprehensive network of support. Must be a BC/BE physician in pediatric surgery and have completed an accredited pediatric surgery fellowship. Requires being eligible for licensure in Virginia and eligibility to work in the US.
- Clinical Data Analyst
The Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for assisting in database management and clinical report writing using measurement systems established and maintained for Fairfax Neonatal Associates, PC (FNA) and its clinical divisions and subdivisions. Database management includes data collection and data dissemination of information to internal and external customers. Responsible for using data abstraction tools to produce meaningful analyses and correlation of data for internal and external customers. Responsible for supporting clinical quality improvement and reporting activities for FNA. Requires a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a pertinent field such as clinical informatics, information management, biostatistics, health care administration or related field and 3-5 years of health care data analysis and reporting experience. Must have experience in importing and manipulating data in SQL and other database platforms required as well as experience in database design and integration in database environments.
- EMR Business/Systems Analyst
Management Consultants for Affiliated Physicians, Inc. is seeking an EMR Business/Systems Analyst. This role will work as the liaison between the application users, vendors, Information Technology team, and project manager in conducting analysis, writing/editing and maintaining technical documentation. Strongly prefer a candidate with experience in a smaller environment where they have been required to multi-task. The EMR Business/Systems Analyst gathers, analyzes, and creates System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation (e.g., requirements, test plan, user case and development plan). Requirements include technical writing experience with 2-3 years experience as a business or systems analyst in SDLC and SQL database. Healthcare and electronic medical record system experience preferred.
- Executive Assistant to the President
Management Consultants for Affiliated Physicians, Inc. (MCAP) is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support the President. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for preparing reports and financial data, managing the President’s calendar, making meeting arrangements, follow up processes for meeting and arrangements, and improving storage and retrieval systems. Position requires advanced computer and internet research skills; information analysis for procedures and reports, strong communications skills, flexibility, project coordination, ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Must be discreet with handling of all of the President’s business. Requirements include HS Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) and 5-7 years professional work experience preferably in the health care setting.
